Inside Sales Senior ManagerDell is hiring and we are looking to grow our Dell Team for Inside Sales Senior Manager (Partner Software CSP Solutions). One (1) position will be available in Round Rock, TX, Nashville, TN, or Oklahoma City, OK.

--- - - -Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
--- - - -Manages a team or multiple teams of senior level sales reps/Team Leads
--- - - -Assists with site projects
--- - - -Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
--- - - -Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
--- - - -Leads program execution
--- - - -Helps team shape deals with complex pricing, competitive analysis and longer deal cycle
--- - - -Works to resolve customer issues to ensure a world-class customer experience
--- - - -Applies advanced knowledge of technical/administrative skills to leverage the skills of others
--- - - -Develops an understanding of internal operations and how related teams interact to achieve results
--- - - -Improves process efficiencies in support of objectives
--- - - -Uses a variety of data analysis tools and methodologies; applies independent judgment to solve systemic problems
Overview of Daily Tasks:
--- - - -Plans and oversees the daily activities of a team
--- - - -Assigns tasks and verifies accuracy of work
--- - - -Establishes deadlines for completing assignments
--- - - -Provides training and guidance to others
--- - - -May spend a portion of the time performing the work of the team
Principal Accountabilities
--- - - -Accountable for day-to-day operations of an are managing processes, programs and/or initiatives
--- - - -Manages related costs and methods
--- - - -Keeps leadership informed and up-to-date on achievement of team objectives

--- - - -Handles more complex customer escalation issues

Experience and Skills Required
--- - - -Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred -
--- - - -10+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
--- - - -4+ years of leadership experience
--- - - -Able to coach and mentor others on building strong customer relationships
