Dell EMC is looking for a customer references rock star to bring our customer stories to life.As a member of the Dell EMC cloud product marketing team, you will have the unique opportunity to build an end-to-end customer references program for a dynamic and fast-growing business and scale it globally. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for storytelling, a penchant for problem-solving, the ability to travel occasionally and a natural proclivity to influence and work through others.Responsibilities:

• Design an end-to-end reference program for Dell Technologies Cloud by working with product, marketing and sales leadership
• Build and execute a detailed plan that delivers a strong pipeline of customer success stories and references to support awareness, consideration, evaluation and purchase decisions.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse set of internal stakeholders including sales, product management, business development and public relations teams to produce compelling publicly facing materials that highlight our customers' success utilizing Dell Technologies Cloud offerings.
• Develop a firm understanding of our target audiences and ensure a strategic collection of customer stories that speak to the concerns of each audience.
• Manage references projects from concept to publication to create high-impact sales and marketing collateral that demonstrates how customers benefit from using Dell Technologies Cloud.
• Track recruitment of customers and manage the development of customer stories, including scheduling, writing, translations, stakeholder reviews, layout, and final approval.
• Help identify, assist, and advocate for customer speakers at Dell Technologies events such as Dell Technologies world, VMworld and other third-party industry events.Requirements:
  • 10+ years in marketing, PR, customer references management, program management or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a customer references role
  • Demonstrated, substantive experience of working with end-customers and enterprise sales
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling, yet simple stories from complex technical and business scenarios
  • Experience delivering results in an environment with ambiguous processes and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence across multiple functions and teams within the company --
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate
