Cross Ford is seeking a Certified Ford Technician to join our team
in Caldwell, Texas. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will
be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford
vehicles to the highest industry standards. Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues
Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and recommending necessary
repairs Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technology
and service bulletins Ensuring accurate and timely completion of
all work orders Requirements: Experience working specifically with
Ford vehicles Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and
equipment Ability to accurately diagnose and repair complex
mechanical and electrical issues Excellent problem-solving and
decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and ability to
work efficiently Excellent communication skills Preferred: At least
5 years of experience Ford certified Benefits: Competitive
