descriptions) Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC)
integrates, verifies, and validates our products. We put our
systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure
and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first

procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces,
develop test environments, and work together with our customers

and why someone would want to join your team) The Effectors Center
in the SE&TC Directorate is seeking Flight test engineers
focused on Lab Integration, Platform Integration, and/or Flight
Test. In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the successful
completion of test events and the associated analysis of test data.
This position is Onsite in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do Support the
build of developmental test missiles and back up the Development
Flight Test Lead. Support the program's flight/field test effort
primarily by managing the build of flight and field test missiles
Coordinate with the USG customer, range personnel, and with
internal stakeholders across functions Coordinate across
engineering functions and Ops, documenting pedigree, analyzing test
results, supporting the generation of missile build plans and
configuration definition, extensive documentation and support to
internal and USG processes Some travel (~25%) is required to
support field test events Support the Production & Recert Flight
Test Lead with team management and technical expertise Perform
integration, verification, and field qualification testing to
ensure the system under test performs according to
specifications/requirements Qualifications You Must Have Typically
requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering,
or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering,
Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of two (2) years
of prior relevant experience. CTS/TRR experience Hardware systems
integration, platform integration and/or flight test experience
Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field
Experience with Verification and Validation methods Qualifications
We Prefer Knowledge of the Tomahawk system and program Knowledge of
the Tomahawk missile build process Knowledge in the use of PRISM
Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve
technical issues Experience creating integration and verification
strategies Technician experience working on military platforms,
such as Fixed Wing, Rotary Wing, Ground Based, and ship-based
platforms Experience in integration with test equipment, telemetry
data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms Experience
in integrating RF/EO sensor output, either modulated waveforms or
streams of digital samples used for real-time representation of
RF/EO scenes data collection / analysis (including Telemetry)
Experience in a test environment with emphasis in test execution
Experience in both test planning/strategy in addition to test
execution Experience directly coordinating with USG customers &

68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
