maintenance analysis and support for the McLane Retail, MBM and
Empire Beverage fleets. Provides technical support to other
business unit fleet maintenance functions to minimize capital
spend, optimize equipment life cycles and equipment up time and to
enhance teammate safety and improve service to customers. Job
Description Benefits you can count on: Pay rate: $117,000 to
$130,000 per year. This role is also eligible to participate in the
annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 15% of your base
annual salary. Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision

reimbursement program, and more! What you’ll do as a Corporate
Fleet Manager: Develops equipment specifications and
recommendations to ensure that purchased assets can be effectively
utilized and maintained. Establishes guidelines and specifications
for preventive maintenance and monitors compliance with PM
schedules and standards. Develops strategy for fleet age
optimization by analyzing equipment replacement life cycles and
maintenance data. Personnel management of maintenance analyst staff
including recruiting, hiring, coaching, performance management,
performance evaluation and rewarding excellence. Identifies and
implements systems for efficiency improvement for division
maintenance teams. Develop summarized reports and conduct analysis
of transportation performance to key executives throughout the
company. Qualifications you’ll bring as a Corporate Fleet Manager:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical
engineering, industrial engineering, logistics management, supply
chain management, or related field. 7 years relevant experience in
fleet maintenance, dispatching, logistics management or related
work experience. A working knowledge of data management tools
including databases and spreadsheets and preventive maintenance
software Relevant certification such as ASE from by Automotive
Service Excellence Association is preferred. This position requires
the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level
sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols,
and communications essential to the role. The requirement is
directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance
with workplace safety and operational standards. Working
