Job Description:

Global Medical Response (GMR) is seeking a dedicated Aviation Maintenance Training Instructor to join our team. The role involves engineering excellence in training and development to enhance the skills of our aviation maintenance teams, responsible for the upkeep of our air transport facilities used in critical medical emergencies. This position ensures that all maintenance operations are performed in line with federal aviation regulations and company standards, contributing to our commitment of delivering quality care and rapid response in emergencies. Develop and implement training programs for aviation maintenance personnel Ensure adherence to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies Evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs as needed Maintain records of training activities and personnel progress Stay updated with the latest aviation maintenance technology and regulations Collaborate with maintenance managers to identify training needs Provide hands-on training and theoretical lessons Conduct examinations and certify staff on completion of training In-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance and FAA regulations Strong teaching and mentorship skills Ability to develop curriculum and instructional materials Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient with computer systems and typical office software Capable of hands-on mechanical and technical tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k FAA Certified Aircraft Mechanic (Airframe & Powerplant) Prior instructor certification (e.g., Certified Training Instructor) is preferred but not mandatory
