Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A Special Education Teacher (EC-5) is needed for an
elementary school classroom serving 3 and 4-year-old students. This
contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday through
Friday, supporting young learners alongside a teacher and two
paraprofessionals. Located in the Pflugerville area, this role
requires valid Texas Special Education (EC-5) licensure.
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the
developmental needs of preschool-aged children with disabilities
Collaborate with classroom staff to implement individualized
education programs (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust
teaching methods accordingly Foster a supportive and inclusive
learning environment Maintain clear communication with families and
team members Qualifications: Texas Special Education certification
for EC-5 (early childhood through grade 5) Experience working with
children ages 3 to 5 in an educational setting Ability to
collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Strong
