Behavioral Balance ABA is seeking a Board Certified Assistant
Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support the delivery of high-quality,
ethical, and individualized ABA services for children with Autism
Spectrum Disorder. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a key role in
treatment implementation, data analysis, staff support, and family
collaboration. This role is ideal for a BCaBA who is passionate
about early intervention , clinical excellence , and professional
growth within a supportive clinic environment. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Service Delivery Assist in conducting
assessments and skill evaluations under BCBA supervision. Support
the development, implementation, and modification of individualized
treatment plans. Monitor client progress through data collection
and analysis. Provide direct therapy and modeling as needed to
support treatment integrity. Supervision & Staff Support Provide
day-to-day guidance and support to RBTs and BTs under BCBA
direction. Model appropriate ABA techniques and ensure fidelity of
treatment implementation. Assist with staff training, onboarding,
and skill development. Communicate clinical observations and
concerns to the supervising BCBA. Family Collaboration Support
parent training and caregiver education sessions. Communicate
progress updates to families as directed by the BCBA. Promote
family engagement and carryover of skills across settings.
Documentation & Compliance Complete accurate and timely clinical
documentation. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, state
regulations, and payer requirements. Assist with data tracking,
reports, and authorization support as needed. Clinic & Program
Support Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional
development activities. Support quality assurance and continuous
improvement initiatives. Requirements: Qualifications Required
Active BCaBA certification in good standing. Bachelor’s degree in
Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum
Disorder. Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and
behavior intervention strategies. Ability to work under the
supervision of a BCBA in a clinic-based setting. Preferred Early
intervention experience (ages 2–6). Experience supporting or
supervising RBTs. Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial
insurance requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but
not required.
