Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in San Antonio, TX, this opportunity seeks two certified Speech Language Pathologists (CCC) to provide essential support in an educational setting. These positions, available on a contract basis, cater to a K-12 student population across both high school and elementary school environments. One opening is part-time (20 hours per week), while the other is full-time (37.5 hours per week), designed to cover a maternity leave assignment from March 31, 2026, to May 29, 2026. Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders Implement therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of K-12 students Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and professional standards Participate in meetings and training sessions as required Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (professional license required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working with school-age children, ideally in both elementary and high school settings Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Previous school experience is valued but not mandatory This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact during a critical transition period in the school year.
