team as a Full-Time Licensed Commercial Customer Service

business clients with their service needs. Specific service and

Build relationships with customers and carriers Deliver
certificates of insurance in a timely and efficient fashion Perform
quality control and review applications, endorsements and policies
for accuracy Maintain and update files in our account management
system Troubleshoot billing or payment issues Prepare and maintain
reports as required by management Correspond and maintain contact
with advisors regarding new and renewal business Requirements
Property & Casualty licensed required Excellent interpersonal and
relationship building abilities Confident, self-starter who works
well independently Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and
follow-up. Strong oral and written communication skills Proven
experience in an insurance commercial service role Willingness to
learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
