diverse communities. We’re looking for detail-oriented,
customer-focused Enrollment Representatives to guide new customers
through smooth service activations, setting the stage for long-term
satisfaction and success. Enrollment Representative Requirements
Accurately complete and process AT&T residential service
applications, ensuring all fields and documentation are thorough
and compliant. Verify customer details, service eligibility, and
plan selections to guarantee accuracy before finalization. Guide
customers step-by-step through the enrollment process, providing
clear explanations and setting expectations. Maintain in-depth
knowledge of AT&T’s products, pricing, and current offers to
address customer questions confidently. Respond to customer
inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly or
escalating when appropriate. Uphold data privacy and compliance by
strictly following AT&T guidelines, company policies, and
regulatory standards. Input and update customer records in CRM
systems with precision, ensuring all interactions are
well-documented. Create a welcoming onboarding experience that
builds early trust and encourages long-term satisfaction. Support
internal operations by compiling daily activity reports and sharing
insights from common customer needs. A High School Diploma or GED
is required; 0–2 years’ relevant experience preferred; strong
Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and a proactive
mindset are essential. As an Enrollment Representative, you'll play
a key role in delivering a seamless start-to-finish experience for
new AT&T residential customers. You'll receive full training on
AT&T's products and enrollment systems, then guide clients
through the process with clarity, precision, and care. If you're
