What You’ll Do: As a Customer Support Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and their employees. Your responsibilities will include: · Answering and triaging inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy · Providing in-person support to members visiting the office · Assisting with employment verifications and general inquiries · Maintaining accurate member data and updating demographics · Disbursing documents to appropriate departments · Supporting multiple departments with a variety of administrative tasks ?
