need 3 years of experience in a construction contract environment.

Contract Administrator for our company, you'll be at the forefront
of ensuring that all contracts align with our business goals,
comply with legal regulations, and mitigate risks. Your focus will
be on optimizing costs, increasing profitability, and maintaining
ethical standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Stay abreast of industry
trends and legal requirements to ensure company compliance. Take
proactive measures to minimize project and contract risks.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Teams to ensure proper
execution of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Assist
in contract negotiations and resolution of claims or disputes.
Seeking a 3 yr experienced and certified CPCM with the following
skills: Familiarity with construction industry practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction contracts.
Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to interpret legal and financial documents. Basic knowledge
of purchasing and supply chain procedures. Strong time management
and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills for effective collaboration. Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration or equivalent experience and CPCM
