Position Overview As an Automotive Lube & Maintenance Technician ,
youll perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil
changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Youll also help keep the shop clean, organized, and running
smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with
their hands, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering quality
work and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform
oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire services
Inspect vehicles for potential maintenance and safety concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow all company
policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Communicate
effectively with teammates and management about service needs
Support overall shop operations and help ensure timely completion
of services Be available during scheduled operating hours,
including occasional Saturdays Schedule Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00
PM Rotational Saturdays Qualifications Preferred: 6 months of
experience in an automotive repair or service environment (not
required) Passion for cars and commitment to quality service
Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications (ASE,
EPA Section 609, etc.) Basic set of hand tools and eagerness to
expand your tool collection Must be at least 18 years of age Valid
state drivers license with a clean driving record Dependable,
positive, and able to follow directions Reliable transportation to
