and Bar-B-Q Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Hourly | $22$28/hr
(based on experience) Were looking for a well-rounded Repair &
Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rudys. This is a
hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with
their tools, and keeping a restaurant operation running at its
best. What Youll Do: Handle all aspects of facility maintenance
from preventive upkeep to on-the-spot repairs for equipment, HVAC,
plumbing, welding, and general building needs. Plan ahead,
troubleshoot issues, and find solutions that minimize downtime.
Perform work in-house we rarely rely on outside vendors unless
absolutely necessary. Support kitchen, dining, and building systems
to ensure our restaurants are safe, efficient, and welcoming . Help
us maintain a budget while also spotting and recommending
improvements for efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability.
What Were Looking For: Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and
welding preferred. Prior restaurant maintenance experience is a
plus, but not required. Must have your own tools and reliable
transportation . A self-starter who can plan, problem-solve, and
execute without constant oversight. Someone who takes pride in
doing the job right and keeping things running smoothly. Why Join
