Job Description:
Job Description Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails
in a professional and helpful manner Provide outstanding service to
customers over the phone or in writing Assist customers or callers
by providing information, answering questions, and/or directing
calls/inquiries as necessary Identify and/or escalate issues for
resolution Build rapport with customers by displaying an engaging,
kind, and helpful attitude Make outbound phone calls in response to
any inquiries, questions, or other follow up Perform data entry
into a computer system, program, or database Receive, sort, and
route mail or other inter-office communication Maintain customer
files as necessary Perform other clerical receptionist duties such
as filing, photocopying, and faxing Provide any other support as
needed to teams, departments, managers, and other staff Preferred
Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front
Office Representative, or similar role Experience using a
switchboard or multi-line phone system Professional attitude and
appearance Strong customer service, written and verbal
communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational
skills Time-management and multitasking skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Educational experience
such as having taken business courses or earned an associate's
degree, bachelor's degree, or certification Proficiency with a
diverse assortment of software programs, applications, and systems
such as MS Office Suite and experience with office equipment (e.g.
fax machines and printers)
