Job Description:

Adecco is assisting our client in Georgetown, Texas area in fulfilling an Administrative Assisstant position in the Field Scheduling Group. This position will be in office daily.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Perform various clerical and administrative duties
Review clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Maintain contact with customers and vendors
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Keep calendar, schedule appointments and meetings
Use software to add projects into system

Experience Needed:
Dependable, loyal, and pleasant demeanor
Comfortable with all Microsoft Office
Ability to learn new information quickly
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
