Job Description:

Exciting opportunity to grow with a company and obtain a career path! This role is a temporary to full hire with good performance! 8:30am-5pm, 1/2 hour lunch break, 40 hours a week + OT as needed up to $15/hr based on skill level Admin Responsibilities

  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties for the CAD Department
  • Review clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Maintain contact with customers and vendors
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management Admin Qualifications
  • Dependable, loyal, and pleasant demeanor
  • Basic computer skills and excel knowledge
  • Ability to learn new information quickly
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using general office equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity Admin Benefits
