Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed. /n /n This position is fully onsite in San Antonio, TX and requires an active TS/SCI or higher. /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS197, T5, Band 8/n /n /n /n /n /n Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: /n - Responsible for the development and implementation of assigned projects. /n - Responsible for the technical planning, development, testing, supporting deployment, and evaluation of system capabilities. /n - Performs high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of very complex systems, requiring a thorough knowledge of technical skills. /n - Provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership. /n - Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. /n - Responsible for providing analytical skills and technical expertise to support technical development, process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. /n - Exercises authority over and oversight into all contractor engineering and phases of system development as they pertain to the JCO system and capabilities. /n - Serves as primary touchpoint to the JCC2 PMO regarding the technical development of prioritized capabilities and the technical decomposition of requirements. /n - Typical duties include leading technical analysis and planning efforts, developing and/or reviewing requirements documents, developing procedures, developing functional architecture, and other related management and technical duties. /n /n Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: /n - An active TS/SCI clearance is required. /n - Must be able to report on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days per week based on customer requirements. /n - Bachelor’s degree in related field required. /n - A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience. /n - IAT Level II certification required /n - 10 years of experience in the functional area. /n - 10 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages (see section 4.2) with the ability to apply tool suites related to DevSecOps, microservices and containers. /n - 2 years of experience in container technology to include but not limited to: Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS. /n - 5 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira). /n - 5 years of experience testing web-based application(s) across various security domains including but not limited to unclassified (NIPR), classified (SIPR), and Top Secret (JWICS). /n - 5 years demonstrate experience leading software development programs or projects. /n - Demonstrated experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements. /n - Practical experience integrating Restful interfaces and sending and receiving Restful information. /n - Practical experience developing and deploying software in a cloud environment. /n /n Preferred Skills and Qualifications: /n - Experience using Agile Test-Driven development. /n - Experience integrating into DoW DevSecOps environments. /n - 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development. /n - Experience updating and enhancing already developed software application baselines to meet stakeholder needs. /n /n /ntechjobs clearance veteranspage USCYBERCOM /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n Minimum Requirements/n /n /n /n TCS197, T5, Band 8/n /n /n /n /n EEO Statement/n /n /n /n
