Job Description:
Director of Finance - Insurance & Risk Salary: $125,000 -
$140,000 base up to 15% total bonus potential Location: Remote Role

to $150K. Key Responsibilities: Own all core accounting functions:
GL, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, reporting Ensure
accurate and timely statutory filings and compliance with insurance
regulations Support board-level reporting, financial strategy, and
investment oversight Manage financial operations for a newly
launched Risk Retention Group (RRG) Work directly with the CEO to
set up scalable financial systems and internal controls
Qualifications: Insurance Finance Experience: Must have worked in
the insurance industry - specifically property & casualty, captive
insurance, Risk Retention Groups, or Managing General Agents.
Should understand risk frameworks, policy structures, and
industry-specific compliance. Statutory Accounting Expertise: Must
have directly prepared or overseen statutory filings. Deep
knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks, reporting deadlines,
