The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including full cycle accounting, staff management, and accounting processes. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with at least three years of experience in the construction industry.Why join us?Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including full cycle accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage and supervise the accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management on business decisions and strategies
• Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and other financial obligations
• Maintain and update financial records and accounting software, including Quick Books Enterprise and Excel
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Participate in audits and other financial reviews as neededJob DetailsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related experience
  • At least three years of experience in a Controller or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of full cycle accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Experience managing and supervising accounting staff
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Quick Books Enterprise and Excel
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
