Job Description:
Job Description Set up and operate automated manufacturing
equipment based on production schedules and work instructions Load
raw materials, components, and tooling (e.g., feeders, fixtures,
stencils) into machines Perform equipment startup and shutdown
procedures, including cleaning and preparation Monitor machines
during production to ensure proper operation within control limits
Make adjustments to maintain product quality and resolve basic
mechanical or process issues Inspect products for quality and
initiate rework or repairs as needed Track shelf life of materials
like chemicals and moisture-sensitive parts Record production data
for inventory and process control Conduct routine preventive
maintenance on equipment Follow all safety procedures and maintain
a clean, organized work environment Work Experience Ability to read
and comprehend moderately complex written and verbal instructions
Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one or small group
settings with team members and supervisors Basic math skills: add,
subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers (10s and 100s)
Familiarity with manufacturing tools and processes, including:
Electronic assembly (color coding, schematics, PCB loading, surface
mount assembly) Inspection (PCB components, use of measuring tools)
Machine operations (automatic component insertion, wave soldering,
surface mount equipment) Mechanical and electrical tools (standard
measuring tools) Office/data entry skills Depending on level: Basic
to advanced troubleshooting and machine maintenance Programming
skills (for higher-level roles) Ability to perform analysis and
interpret various types of instructions (written, oral, diagram, or
schedule) Decision-making capabilities ranging from task-level to
broader team/process impact Leadership or mentorship experience may
